A) When using these targets with a scanner or ground control, they are recognised by the instruments from a greater distance or height. B) It is also possible to measure the reference points precisely in advance with a tachymeter or total station, whereby accuracies of ±1 mm can be achieved. See reference point RSFP-X90 C) In tunnels, the reference points RSFP-X90 to RSFP-X99 are first measured with the Mini-Prism RSMP390M or RSMP395M. The reference points are then populated with the RSL-X94M or RSL-X95M target. Thus, these targets provide perfect and precise orientation for mobile mapping. D) For even more precise measurements using ground controls, the targets can be placed on a tripod directly above the centre of a prism. |
